Dr. Untal's path in healthcare began at 18 as a medic in the United States Air Force. Ten years of service, including the Gulf War, shaped a lifelong commitment to caring for others.
 

After earning his MD, he trained in anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University and pain management at UC Davis. More than 20 years as a physician have taught Dr. Untal that meaningful care starts with listening, trust, and seeing the person behind every patient.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Untal loves traveling, sharing good food with family, and cheering at sporting events with my daughter and son. Those moments—and the people who make them special—remind him what caring for others is all about.

Jennifer graduated from Southern Adventist University in 2007 and brings 15 years of bedside nursing and almost 5 years of outpatient surgery experience to Sweetwater Hydration. Her approach is practical and straightforward, with a focus on clear communication and attentive care.

Originally from Mississippi, Jennifer now calls the Central Coast home. Outside of nursing, she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her rescued German Shepherd, Lobo. She’s also still waiting for her Hogwarts letter.

Sara has been a registered nurse for 11 years, spending much of her career in the operating room. She truly loves being a nurse and brings her passion for health and wellness to the Sweetwater team.

Originally from Truckee, California, Sara is a mountain girl at heart who’s always up for a day on the slopes. She’s lucky enough to call the Central Coast home, where she enjoys adventures with her husband, daughter, and Labradoodle. When she’s not working or exploring the outdoors, you’ll most likely find her in her craft room, getting lost in her latest creative project.

With 23 years of experience in the medical field Natasha brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role as Administrator and Nurse Manager. Her journey began in X-ray and led her to administration, where she is passionate about supporting her team and ensuring patients receive quality, compassionate care. She believes that great healthcare starts with a dedicated team and a genuine commitment to putting patients first.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys camping, barbecuing, beach days with Dakota, baseball, football, golfing, reading, and family game nights.
